I've never written a review for ANY product before, but I had to after receiving my fiance's tungsten wedding band! We thought that the 6MM might have been small, but it turned out to be a perfect size! The inside of the band is smooth, yet stays on the finger for a good fit, and the engraving turned out beautifully! The rough design on the outside of the ring is wonderful, yet masculine (and scratch resistant)! International shipping was hassle-free, and the whole process went smoothly. I got the ring about a week after placing the order. Loved the box it comes in, too! Thank you Tungsten World!!..

My husband and I got married on January 8th, 2012. We had our rings (his was a tungsten) purchased well in advance, but honestly did not try them on again after we made our purchase in a jewelry store. When it came time to place my husbands ring on his finger it was big and by that I mean not just a little bit. So we talked to our representative at the jewlery store and she stated we could bring it back in and replace it but it would take two weeks... Now with me just being married one day, I sure didn't like the idea of hubby having a naked finger. I recently purchased the Matisse tungsten wedding band for my husband as a replacement for his original wedding band, which he had outgrown. He absolutely loved it!!!! The ring was a little too big, and I called and spoke with Brett in customer service about replacement. He was very knowledgable and friendly, and assisted me in selecting the correct size. My husband is anxiously awaiting the arrival of his new ring. This is actually a replacement for a 14K diamond band, and my husband says it actually has a better quality feel--and the best part--it doesn't have to be re-rhodiumed!!! The ring itself is wonderful. However I've decided to write a review because the company is outstanding!!! We had trouble with sizing and they were so quick to be able to help change our order... and it was so fast to get a new one! plus we ended up getting a great deal in the end. Wonderful!
