My wife and I had to get a replacement wedding band because I lost my first one. We love the matted - brushed finish on this ring because it's simple and unique. I was doubtful about this ring at first because I am a machanic and I am VERY hard on rings. I've had this ring for a month now and I cannot seem to scratch it. The ring is extremely comfortable to wear and since it's not polished, it's not reflective so the sun doesn't get into your eyes while you're working. I would definitely take their recommendation and go a half size down because the rounded insides of the ring make it feel like you\'re not wearing a wedding band at all. I usually wear a size 13 but purchased the 12.5 instead and it fits perfectly...
