Joining the Tungsten World team at the end of April, Tungsten World’s newest hires will be tasked with the continued quality customer service that has been a hallmark of the tungsten retailer and it's Tungsten Forever™ brand in its over five years of business to date. Among the tasks the assistant operations manager position will be responsible for, helping process orders and exchanges of customers’ tungsten and cobalt wedding bands, providing the top level customer service and maintaining the industry-best standards of TungstenWorld.com will take precedence. With a large influx of orders expected this summer selling-season, Tungsten World expects their new assistant operations manager to be busy assisting couples and customers in finding their perfect tungsten wedding bands. In addition to the assistant operations manager position, Tungsten World is also making a strong push to keep the highest standards customer communication of any retailer. The addition of their internet marketing assistant will allow the company to up their presence in the online customer community, as well as assuming roles assisting with Tungsten World’s new Pinterest page and Facebook Store accounts.
“Being in constant contact with the online community is important for our website,” says Chris B, Tungsten World’s Marketing Director. “Our new assistant will be helping us stay close to customers via social media like Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. As a result, we will be looking to do even more things online for our customers: promos, online coupons and even exclusive contests like our soon to launch ‘Pin It to Win It’ contest on the Tungsten World Pinterest page.”
