Ordering online can be tricky. I had to send the ring back twice, not because anything was wrong with it but because we hadn't ordered the right size. Tungsten World customer service was very patient with us each time. They answered my e-mails promptly, courteously and professionally; they were willing to make changes to the order to fit our needs (we even asked to have the metal changed). I would definitely recommend Tungsten World and their jewelry to anyone. We love the ring and my husband loves wearing it and showing it off; as well as talk about the merits of cobalt, tungsten and titanium to anyone who would listen! :)
