The ring itself is exactly what I was looking for, but could never find in stores. Simple, flat, and without any borders. The ring's inside radius so to speak is fairly large, which can look slightly odd on narrow fingers such as mine, but I still love it. I also wanted to get a Chinese character engraving done on the tungsten rings, which turned out great. The customer service team was a pleasure to work with both through emails and phone calls. As soon as the engraving was done the ring arrived promptly. Would certainly deal with them again.
