Had to exchange ring for size and also because the seam of the inlay design was a bit visible. I called Tungstenworld and explained to them about the seam. They indicated that the seam was part of the manufacturing process but they would select one that the seam was less visible.They called me before shipping the exchange ring back to me to make sure I understood the process and that I would be happy with the purchase. Ring is beautiful and we are very happy with it.
